Is it safe to download and use the Driver Detective?

Yes it is safe to download, but unless you register ( purchase ) it, you will not be able to use it to update your drivers.

I do not understand the answer Ahab is giving you
I have Uniblue Driverscanner and as far as I am concerned it is by far the best there is. I tried out other programs.but none as good as
Uniblue driverscanner.
Is also not free.
